COVID-PROTOCOL

Upon reopening, these protocols will be followed for the safety of our patients. That is our utmost priority.

• Paperwork must be done online before entering our office.
• All patients must call the practice at (636) 530-6161 when they arrive for their appointment. Please stay in your vehicle until we call you to bring you into the office for your appointment.
• All patients must enter with their own mask. 
• All patients will have their temperature taken and questioned of their health history.
• No additional people can be with the patient (unless it is necessary and communicated with the office prior to the appointment).
• Patients must sanitize and wash their hands when placed in the room.

These protocols are subject to change with guidelines and protocols provided by CDC, State of Missouri and St. Louis County.
