I had my first Botox experience with Sue, and it was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all things injections, took the time to educate me throughout the process, and made me feel completely comfortable and informed. She answered all of my questions with so much patience and professionalism. On top of that, she was so kind and welcoming. Overall, such a great experience and I’m so happy I trusted her for my first time. I highly recommend seeing Sue for your all of your cosmetic needs!

I contacted Dr Prada’s office in January and received such awesome information and feedback on my thoughts and questions, that I was booked for my procedure before walking out of the office. The staff, including Ms Cindy, the Patient Care Coordinator and nurse, Ms Ali, were amazing from the beginning, answering my questions pre and post-op quickly and throughly. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend Dr Prada.

Dina was GREAT! I wish every nurse I have seen was as easy to talk to as her. That appointment sure didn’t seem like it took an hour because she made it so easy. Definitely a keeper!

Long overdue praise for my favorite nurse injector, Sue Mahler! She is absolutely fantastic. Going in feels more like catching up with a friend than a medical appointment. Sue is incredibly kind and always takes the time to really listen to what I’m hoping to achieve. She then gives honest, professional feedback so we can decide together on the best approach. I’m on a budget and Sue helps me prioritize where I’ll see the most improvement for what I’m able to spend, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, her work always turns out beautiful and natural. I can’t say enough good things about her. If you’re looking for someone skilled, honest, and genuinely caring, Sue is the best! I also need to give a shout out to Laci at checkout. She’s knowledgeable about skincare products and has given me helpful advice. On top of that, she has a great personality and makes the whole experience even better!
