My journey started 20 years ago. In the last 20 years, I’ve lost over 200 lbs and learning how to eat, exercise, that worked for me, learning how to keep the weight off and maintain it. At one point, I knew I would need to have lipo and surgery to remove the extra skin. Every opportunity I had to, I always backed out and found an excuse not to get undressed. After a few more years, it was time for me to face my fears… I had met with several physicians over the last year and it came down to one, Dr. Prada with St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery. I felt welcomed and comfortable with Dr. Prada and the team at St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery from the initial consultation to the last post surgery follow up. Dr. Prada is genuine and honest. He took the time to walk me through the procedures and explained the process, pre and post surgery. I had several procedures done in 2023, beginning in May with an abdominoplasty, thigh lift, lipo in some areas. In August, I had a bilateral extended brachioplasty, breast augmentation, and a lower transverse body lift. The scars, are near invisible! I now stand in front of a mirror and I have never felt more confident and beautiful when I look at the end result! During each visit with Dr. Prada, and the best nurse, Aly, they were transparent, patient and answered all of my questions. They listened to what my goals were and set realistic expectations. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% chose Dr. Prada each and every time… I just would do it sooner! Thank you Dr. Prada and Aly for giving me a piece of my life back, my confidence and self-esteem. 💕
