This 57-year-old patient came in desiring an abdominoplasty. After having children, this patient was left with loose and overhanging skin in her abdomen region. Even with exercise, she couldn't get rid of the loose hanging skin. She desired to have her stretch marks and upper abdomen fullness corrected.
