This unique case for our lovely 47 year old beauty is a reverse tummy tuck and placement of Galaflex (internal bra) to support a previous breast lift and implants. ✨

This patient was unhappy with wrinkled, loose skin that laid over her beautiful form but was laxity in the upper torso and above the belly button. A reverse tummy tuck was performed by Dr. Nathan by placing the abdominoplasty incision up underneath her breasts along the bra line to pull up to tighten up the skin rather than inferiorly to the belly button. *the belly button was not touched*

She also had Galaflex, the internal mesh bra, added to support her implants and previous lift to accommodate for her thinner skin that wasn't holding her breasts as desired.

The result is stunning and scar is seen here slightly reddened compared to it's actual natural healing as she'd just had a laser treatment in office prior to the appt that is fading the scars beautifully.
