Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 132

This 65-year old patient came in for a re-augmentation. During her first augmentation, saline implants were used. Over time, she noticed that her left breast seemed to be getting smaller in size and her right breast was also changing. There was a small leak in her implant so this patient came in for a re-augmentation. 

For this augmentation, Dr. Lund used 520cc silicone gel-filled implants to achieve her desired size. This patient is extremely happy with her results.
