Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 150

27-year-old patient who desired naturally fuller and perkier breasts. This patients breasts have always been larger and droopier than she would like and she decided to make a change. 

Dr. Nathan first preformed a bilateral mastopexy, and later preformed a breast augmentation and used 360cc implants to give the patient the upper fullness she desired. She ideally wanted to be in the "d-cup" range. This patient is very pleased with her size and has no complaints.
