This 51- year old patient came in seeking a breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty procedure. After losing 70 pounds, this patient was unhappy with the look of her breasts and abdomen. She desired fuller breasts with a lifted appearance, and she wanted her abdomen to be more natural in shape and lose the looseness and laxity of it.

Here we are showing her breast procedure. Dr. Lund performed a vertical mastopexy augmentation. Dr. Lund used 457cc silicone-filled breast implants to achieve the fuller look this patient wanted along with a breast lift.
