Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 256

3 years post- Mommy Makeover 

This is a 29-year-old patient who was interested in having a mommy makeover after having her three children. She was interested in a tummy tuck and a reaugmentation. She previously had saline implants done by another office and was unhappy with the rippling and asymmetry. She was also unhappy with the laxity of the skin on her abdomen.

Dr. Prada performed an extensive abdominoplasty along with a right circumareolar, left vertical mastopexy, bilateral reaugmentation mammoplasty. He replaced her saline implants with 560cc silicone breast implants.
