Breast Lift Before & After Case 192

This 64- year old patient came in desiring breast enhancement surgery. After losing over 70 lbs and having children, this patient wanted a breast lift. After losing weight, her breast size decreased dramatically and she was left with loose hanging skin. 

Dr. Lund recommended a two-part procedure for this patient. 1. This patient needed a full lift. 2. After the lift was performed and the breasts had time to settle, an augmentation would be performed.
