This is a 45-year-old patient who lost 70lbs of weight through a gastric sleeve procedure. She was left with redundant skin on her arms, chest and a deflationary effect on her breasts. She also had excess skin on her abdomen, hips, and buttocks. Dr. Prada performed a 360 lower body lift with an extended abdominoplasty and an extended Brachioplasty. He also performed an anchor mastopexy to her breasts. She is extremely pleased with her results.
