THIGH & BUTTOCK LIFT
Thigh & Buttock lift is a procedure designed to tighten loose skin that may have been caused by weight gain or aging. This procedure is for candidates who have some sagging skin or excess fat in the thigh, buttock, or hip area. Our surgeons offer fully customizable options to fit your needs with this procedure. Oftentimes, this procedure is performed in conjunction with a tummy tuck, which is called a transverse body lift. Learn more about this procedure below.

- MEDIAL THIGH LIFT
- CIRCUMFERENTIAL THIGH LIFT
For the medial thigh lift, there is skin excision of the upper inner thigh only. Your scar is in groin crease.
This incision extends from groin down to inner knee. This is a better choice and preferred method for most patients who have excess skin throughout the thigh that extends down to the distal ⅓ of the upper leg.
THIGH/BUTTOCK LIFT RECOVERY
For this procedure, you will have drain care for 1-2 weeks. Compression garments must be worn for 6 weeks. Able to ambulate immediately. Return to work in 10 -14 days.
At one week you are able to ambulate with compression garments. If necessary, you could have drain care.
At around 6 weeks, you can return to full activities.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
